Transparent method

How the command brief makes a decision

01

Exact progression first

The versioned model calculates every transition from the current star and tier to the selected target, including a hero-specific unlock when required.

02

Flexible shards protected

Hero-specific shards apply first. General Hero Shards are counted only when eligibility is recorded—not inferred from rarity.

03

Strategy follows evidence

Acquisition, generation timing, immediate need and mode policy shape the verdict. Missing evidence produces an honest calculation-only brief.

Investment planning FAQ

Before you spend

How does the Hero Investment Advisor make decisions?

It validates a hero and progression target, applies hero-specific shards first, enforces recorded restrictions, checks generation timing and mode evidence, then uses a versioned rules policy. Missing evidence produces a calculation-only result instead of a guess.

Why should I protect General Hero Shards?

General Hero Shards are flexible. Spending them removes options from later heroes, so the advisor counts them only when eligibility is recorded and the target can be evaluated transparently.

Why do star breakpoints matter?

Shard costs increase across the 31 progression states. A breakpoint is called strategic only when the local policy records supporting skill or mode evidence; otherwise the advisor simply calculates the selected target.

Why does generation timing change the result?

A new generation can add same-troop alternatives. The advisor presents them for comparison and never calls a newer hero an automatic replacement.

What does evidence limited mean?

The resource calculation is available, but Kingshot Intel does not yet have enough verified acquisition, mode, eligibility or longevity evidence for a strong spending recommendation.
